These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and software products operated by Skronify ("Skronify," "we," "us," or "our"), including Intelligent Transport Management System (iTMS), Rig Inventory Management System (RIMS), and any other Skronify product (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Skronify is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Certain Services are offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase or in a separate order form/agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing with prior notice; continued use of a paid Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to:
"Customer Data" means any data, content, or information you or your authorized users submit to the Services (e.g., shipment records, inventory records, CRM data, business records). You retain all rights to your Customer Data. You grant Skronify a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. Our handling of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (including the Skronify name and logo), are owned by Skronify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Skronify's trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., mapping, payment, or communication providers). Skronify is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such services is subject to their own terms.
We strive to keep the Services available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, security, or operational reasons, with notice where practicable.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skronify and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services or cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with your applicable order form or account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (such as posting an updated date on this page or notifying registered users). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
